There is one very simple solution that you can do yourself to solve this issue once and for all.

I have learnt this from “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron and it has worked wonders for me. This tool is called the “Morning Pages”
This simple technique should be done as soon as you wake up. It works best when you do it first thing in the morning.
What you need:
Pen and Fullscape paper - 3 pages is enough per day
A place where you will be undisturbed and can write in peace
A willingness to continue writing till you finish 3 pages without a stop or pause.
What to do:
Write your thoughts on paper without taking a break.
Don’t take the pen off the paper or stop to think too long
Just capture each thought on paper as it comes. You are observing the thought that comes into your head and you are putting it down on paper. That’s all.
Broken sentences, bad writing, bad spelling are all ok. Just capture as you think
Don’t organise, correct, or go deep into any subject.
Just let your right brain flow. Don’t allow the left to step in.
3 pages of long hand writing.
Then tear it or flush it
This is basically a mental dump. Just as you need a physical dump every morning, this is equally important to let go of the continuous stream of thoughts that are not allowing you to be at peace or at your most productive self.
I first did this 12 years back and I keep doing it whenever the stream of thoughts are too much or if there is any creative block in my work.
